Located within the Bristow Medical Center, we are the only medical group in the Bristow area to offer the complete spectrum of medical services from pediatrics to geriatrics, urgent care, EM, and in-patient services.
As active members of the Bristow community, Holly Shinnen Gramm, PA-C and Sarah B. Pinson, PA-C ensure a continuum of care by working closely with you and your providers. With more complex medical issues, Holly and Sarah work closely with Dr. Mark Brandenburg to review and carefully consider how to bring you the highest quality medical care.
Our clinical team is diligent in answering your questions and makes each patient feel comfortable at each stage of care. We also provide patients with updates on vaccinations, flu shots, and well visits. It is our commitment to patient care that we strive to deliver a medical home for you and your family.

Meet Our Clinicians
Holly Shinnen Gramm, PA-C is a Sapulpa native, and graduate from the University of Arkansas with undergraduate and graduate degrees. After completing the Physician Assistant Program at OU Health Science Center in Oklahoma City, she returned to provide healthcare in the Tulsa Metro area. She moved to Bristow after marrying her husband Gary Gramm. Holly began with Bristow Medical Center in 2013 practicing both Family Practice and Urgent Care.
Holly is Secretary of the Bristow Noon Lions Club, Board Member of the Bristow Education Foundation, volunteers medical coverage at Bristow Pirate Athletic events, and enjoys speaking to and educating Bristow students on a variety of health-related topics. Holly enjoys spending time with her husband (Gary) & children (Graycie and Bo), cheering on the Razorbacks, crafting, and being outdoors.
Sarah B. Pinson, PA-C is a Bristow native who graduated from Bristow High School in 1999. She received her undergraduate degree from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah and then graduated from the Physician Assistant Program at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2006. Since that time, Sarah has provided Family Practice care to the community of Bristow, and most recently joined the clinic at Bristow Medical Center to continue providing care to her patients as well as urgent care services.
Sarah is married to Brian Pinson, also of Bristow and they have 2 daughters, Brynlee and Graham. Sarah is actively involved in the community and serves as a Board Member of the Bristow Education Foundation. Sarah also enjoys remodeling and building homes with her husband, spending time with her family and friends, and she is a big college football fan, cheering on her OU Sooners.
